Riverhead School 150 year Sesquicentennial Expression of Attendance
To help us with our organisation of numbers, please indicate below if you are have an intention of attending the events which have been confirmed for the 150 year celebrations in 2022.  

We know that things are uncertain in regards to travel however please fill the form out as if all borders and travel are open.

If you have an intention of attending the ticketed events please remember to go back to the main website and purchase the tickets through the KINDO website.

Please fill out a seperate form for each family member attending from your household.  This will ensure our Covid procedures are being meet no matter what Alert Level we are at.

Sun 20 Mar 2022 - Pre-purchase packed lunch from 12 noon includes; 1 x med-filled roll; 1 x spinach & feta savoury, 1 x sweet slice, 1 x bottle of water (remember to purchase your ticket on KINDO)
