After completing this form, you will be contacted by someone on our staff to confirm your spot at our upcoming Orientation Session. Our goal is to make everyone feel as safe and comfortable as possible. If anyone indicates in their form that they prefer to wear masks in a group setting, everyone will wear one for that session.
