The only eligibility requirement for the MOMS Club of Parkton is that you must reside in the Hereford Zone. This means your home is zoned for one of the Hereford Zone Elementary schools: Prettyboy Elementary, Fifth District Elementary, Seventh District Elementary, Sparks Elementary and Jacksonville Elementary.

To join, please complete this form and pay the $25 annual membership dues. Venmo @karen-gehlsen OR PayPal  karen.gehlsen@gmail.com with note “MOMS Club Dues” and your full name. Please email us for the  mailing address if you prefer to send a check. Moms facing financial hardship are encouraged to reach  out to the Executive Board for a waiver.

All members must read and sign our Membership Information, Liability Release, Code of Conduct,  Playgroup Guidelines, and Illness Policy in order to participate with club activities. Please keep a copy  for your records.

The below information will be included in the membership roster that is available only to members upon request. Let us know if you would like to keep any information private.
