Thank you for your interest in chaperoning on 20 February 2020, when the students in Mrs. Gibson, Mrs. Ireland, and Mrs. Tomasetti's classes will visit Olympia, the state capital. We need 25 parents to make this happen!

No special skills or knowledge are required, as each group has its own capitol tour guide who does all of the teaching. (Also, you can choose whether you want to ride the bus with students, drive your own car, or carpool with other chaperones!)

We will have a parent meeting in your above teacher's classroom at 8:45am, then leave Liberty at 9:00am and return to Liberty around 5:00pm.

You and our students will need to dress appropriately for the venue and be prepared for inclement weather as some of the field trip will require walking around the capital campus.  

In order to chaperone, you must be current with your volunteer form, which is good for two years. Please be sure you are current, and if not, you may find the form on the Camas School District site, under Parent Corner and Forms. Thank you!
