Handmade Jewelry from Tanzania Order Form
All pieces are unique and may not look exactly like the pictures. The Maasai tribe has a rich history of beading and Lalafofofo, a non-profit organization, has been paying Maasai women to make this jewelry to make ends meet. The beads are made of seed glass and the earrings are made of hypoallergenic nickel.
100% of the sales will go to girls' scholarships in Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Girls can be married between ages 9-14 in the Moshi village, and are forced to stop their educational journey to become mothers. By providing scholarships, these girls can avoid child marriage and strive for a brighter future.
