Cost $25 per vendor space (included for Contributing Sponsors) Vendors must provide their own equipment including tents, tables, chairs, etc. No electricity or running water is available for vendor spaces. Rental is for space only. This event is to be held rain or shine. Fees are non-refundable.. The event runs from noon-4pm. Vendors may set up starting at 10:30am. Break down is at 4pm. Vendors are responsible for leaving the area the same as they found it. This is a family oriented, child-friendly event. Vendors may not display any materials or content deemed inappropriate by the event organizers. Vendor/Organization agrees to hold harmless Kemp Mill Civic Association (KMCA), Kemp Mill Shopping Center (KMSC), Commercial Management Group (CMG) and J&F Limited Partnership (J&F), to include all board members of each organization, all employees & event volunteers during the event. KMCA, KMSC, CMG nor J&F will be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise, equipment, supplies, vehicles, currency etc. or any injuries sustained at or as result of participation in Kemp Mill Community Day.
