Cincinnati Coffee Festival Vendor Application

Important notes:1. Application must be completed in full AND payment received to take advantage of listed pricing and reserve your space. This year
you will be able to pay by credit card or ACH directly from your invoice.
2. Vendors are expected to sample as well as sell items during the festival.
3.
ALL SAMPLING MATERIALS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE CINCINNATI COFFEE FESTIVAL. Vendors who do not comply with this will be charged a $150 compliance fee and may risk not participating in future events.
4. Please let us know if you have a vehicle or other item that requires Fire Marshall inspection, or if you have other special needs or requests.
5. You MUST provide a
certificate of insurance naming
Ohio River Foundation, the
Cincinnati Coffee Festival and
Cincinnati Arts Association as additional insureds to CCF Management immediately upon registration. If you do not provide insurance information in the appropriate time, a policy will be purchased from ACT for you and you will be responsible for the fee plus a $25 convenience fee.
