All portal payments are done as a prepayment with credit card for items ordered online. No terms are available for portal orders. We will make every effort to list items out of stock as soon as possible. If we are unable to fulfill an item, or you order an item marked out of stock, it will be marked as backordered on the paperwork. All back orders will ship as soon as they are available.

The dealer portal prices are set to dealer pricing. We will try to expand all dealer specials and promos to be available for all portal orders. However, sometimes a dealer promo may not be available on the portal. We will make sure you are aware of this situation when it happens.

Shipping charges are processed at the time the order is placed. Order will be shipped to the dealer information on file with our accounting department. If a dealer abuses access to the portal and violates the terms of service the dealer’s portal account will be suspended and will no longer have access the portal.

Dealer portal is only available to dealers in the contiguous US.
