Volunteer Positions:
EMTs: licensed medical professional(LPN, RN, EMT, MD, DO), 2 games per shift (may be slightly longer than 4 hours depending on game play)
Track Upkeep: Help keep the track swept clean and fixing any tape damage during game play.
Registration: Help sign in teams, officials, and other participants - including making sure registrants are signing all paperwork, verifying on-skate participants insurance, and verifying vaccination status/negative covid test.
Ticket Sales: Sell tickets and check-in those that have already purchased tickets.
Hospitality: Help keep beverages/food stocked and help teams/officials/volunteers meet needs.
Security: Help direct traffic in and out of the non-public areas of the venue.
Tear-down: Help tear-down the venue on Sunday evening - may consist of moving tables, chairs, and boxes.
Team Liaisons/Wranglers: Be a liaison for a visiting team.
Track Taping: Help tape out the track on Thursday(5/16) Evening.
Merch Liaisons: Help sell tournament merchandise during the event.
Video Operator: Help operate the videoing equipment during the event for broadcasting purposes.
Social Media Handler: Help take photos and post game score updates to tournament socials
Random Go-To Person: On shift person will likely be asked to do various jobs where help may be needed.
** All Volunteers will receive a Free T-Shirt and Free Entry to the Tournament on the day you volunteer when you volunteer for a full 4 hour shift. If you volunteer for multiple 4 hour shifts, you can receive Free Entry on both days of the tournament.
