Please complete the survey below in regards to the Lincoln Arts Academy 2019. Your answers will be considered when scheduling, organizing, and planning programming for this year's camp. Please note that not all course options listed will be provided during the academy- we are simply gauging interest. Also please note that a separate APPLICATION will need to be filled out during our enrollment period in order for your child to be considered for participation.

One Week Academy, Full Day Hours (approx. 9:00am-3:00pm including breakfast and lunch)

One Week Academy, Half Day Hours MORNING ONLY (approx. 8:30am-12:30pm including breakfast and lunch)

One Week Academy, Half Day Hours AFTERNOON ONLY (approx. 12:30pm-4:30pm including lunch and a PM snack)

Two Week Academy, Half Day Hours (approx. 8:30am-12:30pm including breakfast and lunch)

Two Week Academy, 3/4 Day Hours (approx. 9:30am- 2pm same schedule as last year including lunch only)
