Qualification for Special Educator:

B.Ed. /M.Ed. /Diploma in Special Education (RCI Recognized)
Strong understanding of various disabilities, learning styles, and instructional strategies.

Requirements for Job Applicants:

Prior experience working with children with special needs in an educational setting.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable demeanor with a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and inclusive team environment.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting equity and diversity in education.
Should be proficient in the usage of the latest technology.
Should exhibit strong communication skills.
