Thank you for entering the first ever U17 Inter-Beach Volleyball Club Cup.

The event will be open to all teams from Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England.

All participants have to be 16 years of age or younger in the calendar year of 2023. If they turn 17 on the 31st Dec 2023 they are deemed to be U18 and not eligible.

Event entry deadline is the 26th July 2023 or the first eight teams to register, which ever comes first.

This even is self funded and run by Inter-Beach Volleyball. We receive no funding from VE or any other bodies to help run the event.

All teams will have to provide suitable people to referee matches, we do not expect clubs to have qualified beach referees but suitable coaches or mature players, who will fulfill this role in the early days of the event.

Coaching at the side lines as per the FIVB and CEV Youth events is allowed.

FINALS

12th & 13th August 2023

The Final rounds in Cardiff will be £160 per squad (£40 each)

The finals will be in Cardiff and will be run on the same format at the IRB and International Open events previously. Details of the format are available on the website inter-beach.net

Referees may be provided if the Referee Commission is able to support the event. Details of all the Inter-Beach Events have been sent for their information and possible help. I know they will do their best to help support our events.

As this is our first ever Inter-Beach Volleyball Club Cup i do not envisage having everything right, it will be a work in progress to help support the development of beach volleyball in the UK. Please just reach out if you feel that there are glaring omissions or things that we could do better. We are open to any suggestions.
