ABOUT GRC:
Global Research and Consulting Group (GRC) is an internationally-oriented organization that was founded at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and now has 1000+ members across 20+ top global universities (Harvard, MIT, Wharton, Berkeley etc.). We are inviting individuals at select high-schools around the world to apply to start their own GRC branches.
OVERVIEW: Our GRC University branches do research and consulting projects for global non-profits and are focused on social impact work. Past clients have included the World Bank, World Wildlife Fund, Oxfam, Transparency International, and Wikimedia. GRC High School branches raise awareness of global issues at their school/local community by writing and distributing short-form research articles focused on important topics such as sustainable development, global health and technology for good. This culminates in our annual global essay competition, where winners are invited to take part in a internship supporting our university consulting projects, have their papers showcased on our website, and receive 1x1 university mentorship. Students also learn how to put together a top-notch consulting case on social impact topics by taking part in the spring semesters’ GRC High School Case Competition.
