Junior Advisory Committee (JAC) Application

Application to the JAC is a rolling application process. Applications can be submitted year round. Eligible applicants will receive a preliminary invite to the next JAC virtual or in-person meeting via email provided in this form.

Eligibility: Applicants must be (1) of high school age, (2) participated in First Tee for at least one year, and (3) participated in events or activities outside of classes. Applicants who are 13 years of age and have not yet entered high school are eligible to shadow JAC meetings and events until they start high school.
