Thank you for your interest in CYC Middle School Virtual Summer Program 2021. Our program fees will be waived again this year due to the financial impact of COVID-19 to our families. We are currently full and you will be placed on our waiting list. Please complete this registration form to be put on the waiting list.  We are accepting incoming 6th graders to incoming 9th graders. All youth are welcome to enroll in our program. Families on the waitlist will be notified with more information and status through email. Our website will also have updated information as the program start date gets closer.
