Poetry Slam Sign-up Sheet 
The Poetry Slam will have two rounds. Please bring at least 2 poems to participate.
Come share your voice, have fun, and enjoy light refreshments after the slam!

Guidelines:
* Poems must be original work.
* This is a family-friendly event. Poems should be appropriate for all ages.
* Readings should not exceed 3 minutes.
* No props, costumes, or musical instruments.

For those who wish to practice, local author and poet, Maria Ostrowski, will offer a practice
