This is a TENTATIVE PLAN and we will follow anything that MD says we need to!

🦠All Pre-Entries that have paid ahead of time will have a more non contact number pickup experience.
🦠Everyone must wear a mask unless you are mounted on a horse.
🦠You May only have your trainer and 1 spectator/groom with you.
🦠Parking areas will be your responsibility but we ask that you do not park right next to another trailer. Please leave at least two trailer widths between trailers/group parking.
🦠You may not have more than 10 people in your barn group by the trailers. If you have more than 5 horses in your barn group, please split up.
🦠You will be called for your division from your trailer area.
🦠Max of 10 horses in the show ring at a time. Please stay spread out, the ring is huge! Depending on entries your division may be split and run in 2 groups. You will see this posted on our event page and on your number envelope (if paid ahead).
🦠You will be given 10 minutes to school in the show ring before your division and then the division will start promptly after that 10 minutes. No exceptions.
🦠A small flat warmup area will be available to you during the division before your division. Please be respectful of this and do not hog the ring.
🦠Only trainers may be on the rail, if their rider is in the ring.
🦠Spectators will have a designated spot on top of the hill and may only be in that area when their rider is in the ring. Please stay separated with masks on.
🦠Ribbons will not be handed out at the time of the class. Pinning will be announced and you will pick up your ribbons when the division is over at a separate table set up. Location to be determined.
🦠Please be sure to take a picture with all your ribbons and great prizes and tag us. (Hashtag to be determined)
🦠Once you are done your division you must return to your trailer area until your next division.
🦠Once your barn group is finished please pack up and head home. As much as we’d love for you to stay, it’s just how it is right now.
