By applying for volunteer opportunities, I hereby release and hold harmless Quincy Coders, its leaders, volunteers, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind sustained while participating in any activities of Quincy Coders.
I understand that participation in the activities of Quincy Coders is voluntary and involves certain risks and I agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, or losses sustained while participating in any activities of Quincy Coders. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quincy Coders from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, and liabilities arising out of or in connection my participation in any activities of Quincy Coders.
I understand that photos/videos may be taken during the event and grant Quincy Coders the irrevocable right to modify, display and perform these materials for any lawful purpose without prior approval and I hereby release Quincy Coders from any claims, damages, liabilities in connection with the use of said media.
I have read and understood this liability waiver and agree to its terms and conditions.
