National Homework Hotline for Blind and Low Vision Students (NHH-BLV) Help Request Form 
Thank you for contacting us! The NHH-BLV provides free homework assistance during the school year for 3rd-12th graders and undergraduate college students.  Our hours of operation are Mondays-Fridays, from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST.  

To request assistance for yourself, your student, or child, complete this form in its entirety.  A parent/guardian name and contact information is required for all requests for students in grades 3-9. 

Once your form is received, we may contact you for more information to assist in matching you with one of our volunteer responders. We strive to respond to your request within 48 hours of your form submission.

Disclaimer: While NHH-BLV volunteer responders can assist with a wide range of requests, ranging from help with technology devices to Algebra tutoring, we may not be able to accommodate every request received. In instances where our responders are unable to provide assistance, we will notify you accordingly.
