Please complete this form to pre-register for the upcoming meeting of the Presbytery of the Pines. Pre-registration is not required to attend, but it does help us plan accordingly for everyone's needs. The meeting will take place at the Presbyterian Church of Ruston, in Ruston, LA (the site of all the meetings in 2023); registration begins at 9 a.m. and the meeting will be gin at 10 a.m. Also, please be aware that the meeting is not expected to last into the afternoon, but we are hoping that we would all take advantage of the opportunity to worship, meet, and fellowship together ...so plan accordingly.

A barbecue luncheon will be arranged for lunch. It will cost $15/person, including a choice of meat main course, sides, dessert, and drinks. Checks (made out to the Presbytery of the Pines) and cash will be collected at the registration table during registration, at the meeting.

Please reserve a spot for me at the luncheon.

I do not plan to eat at the luncheon.

This meeting we will receive the Necrology Report and observe a remembrance of the elders and ministers who have died in the previous year, during worship.

We are inviting volunteers who can stay after the meeting and help move tables, sweep floors, pick up after meeting-goers, and consume leftovers.
