-Solving problems like Misunderstanding or Conflicts by (detecting misbehaviours)

-Keeping connection & Listening to the members & follow-up with them in useful way

-Motivating the members of EBSM to reach their best performance by ( using the suitable motivation tools )

-Assessing The Progress of the members through out of the whole season

-Interviewing candidates and applicants
( for membership, delegation nominee or sessions/activities attendees )

2️⃣ Public Relation (PR)  Committee :

If You're talkative, Have excellent communication skills, Have persuasion skills, Have passion about PR, What is the PR , and What are the functions, You're in the perfect place join us and be one of our team
So, Public relations briefly:
Bring speakers for any event
- Responsible for media coverage
- -Responsible to take all permissions

So what’s our duty in this committee?
Members will actively participate in forming and carrying out the social media strategy of the organization. They will bring ideas and creative energy to the group, and implement strategies as assigned, including engaging with the organization on social media platforms, promoting the social media accounts of the organization and inviting others to become involved.

So, if you have good negotiation, hard working, communication skills and you can deal with critical situations you can join us . what we can do together? Managing the sessions , preparing rooms for  the sessions , the communication between the delegates and orgainzing them and organizing any events in the model .
