Faith Unity Evangelism Lived-Out (FUEL) & Follow Your Servant's Heart (FYSH) Camp Registration
Welcome to the registration for the 2024 Summer Mission Camps. We will be traveling to Jacksonville Methodist Church FUEL/FYSH June (2-9, 2024) FUEL Camp ONLY June (2-7, 2024) FYSH Camp (June 6-9, 2024).  To register fill out the form below.  Refer to your confirmation email to pay for your registration.  
YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID YOUR REGISTRATION FEE.

**Each registrant must have a completed form.

Registration must be paid by 5/10/2024 in order to get a t-shirt.

FUEL & FYSH Camp June 2-9th, 2024 (Any student that has completed 9th grade and up)  $225.00 per/person
FUEL ONLY June 2-7th, 2024 (Any student that has completed 9th grade and up)  $175.00 per/person
FYSH Camp ONLY June 6-9th, 2024 (Any student that has complete 6th grade and up, High School Leader, College Student and/or Adult) 
                                    Student $150.00
                                    High School Leader FYSH only $50.00  
                                             ****(You must interview with Ms. Meredith & Ms. Hali)
                                    Adult $55.00
