To assist us in identifying any existing skill gaps in our local labour market, Cumberland and Parkland Colleges would like to hear from employers regarding their recent experience in recruiting qualified applicants and/or new hires.  We are also interested in your feedback on training and potential partnership opportunities. Your information will be used to help create and implement our employer engagement strategy that will be mutually beneficial to learners, staff, and partners.
