Please fill out this form if you would like to receive up to 3 service hours for service you've done outside of APO. ASSOCIATES MAY NOT COUNT OUTSIDE HOURS. Due April 24th, 2020 at 11:59 pm. All other responses will not be considered. All hours will be entered after April 28th.

General Guidelines for Outside Hours:
Yes: other CSC groups, volunteering at a nonprofit, groups that do what CSC group would do, hospital volunteering, admissions hosting (1 hr per week, max 2)
No: unpaid research, helping out at academic tournament, planning an event, spring fair booth, HERO

NOTE: These hours will be counted as service to the fraternity as service to the community is defined as direct service conducted with our community partners with other brothers.
