PLEASE READ: You are requesting a Facility Use Form from our Church and School Secretaries. Thank you! The Secretaries have access to the church and school calendars and the backing and support of the Board of Deacons and Board of Education.

MEMBERS OF IMMANUEL have the PRIVILEGE of signing up to use a variety of areas of our property. However, certain Facility use is a privilege that can be SUSPENDED if there is irresponsible use of the property.

Usage for Immanuel members is based on a first come, first serve basis. However, the church and school secretaries, along with the direction of the Deacons, continue to have final say on all activities, reservations or events.

What type of usage are you looking for? *

Multipurpose Facility (MPF) Gym - Recommended 2 hr. (Be mindful of others). Also, the use of the MPF storage closet must be supervised by an Immanuel member who has key access. The party holding the event must put away equipment as they found it. The cost of any damaged equipment will be the responsibility of the party to cover.

Sanctuary

Basement Fellowship Hall - Return all tables and chairs to their ORIGINAL POSITION.

Basement Kitchen - Return ALL kitchen utensils to proper locations and make sure sinks are cleaned.

Classroom (requires the teacher's permission also) - Classrooms MUST BE left as they were found.
