2022 Appleton Little League Financial Assistance Application
No potential participant will be turned away due to lack of personal funds. Financial assistance is available. If the League provides financial assistance, you will be required to participate in the league candy bar sale (candy bar sale for non-Tee Ball players only).

Individuals who request financial assistance will be asked to pay the minimum fee. This helps defray the mandatory cost to Little League International for insurance and charter fees. The reduced Player Fee for Tee Ball would be $17.50 for each participant. The reduced Player Fee for Rookie, Minor, and Major would be $35 for each participant.

To apply and confirm to the Appleton Little League program your legitimate need of assistance, please complete the following application.

Your application will be held in the strictest confidence.  Only the Officers of the Board of Directors and the Registration Director will have access to your application.  It will not be shared with commissioners, managers, coaches, or any other volunteers.
