Use this form to redeem your Pam's Stamping Bucks from Pam Strobel Creates (www.pamstrobelcreates.com).

You will need to submit your First and Last Name, Email Address, Shipping Address, information about your Stamping Bucks, and of course what rewards you want to receive. If you have been gifted Stamping Bucks from someone else then you also need to submit the "Pam's Stamping Bucks Transfer Form", as either an image or a scan.

Please make sure the sum of your Stamping Bucks meets or exceeds the value of the rewards which you would like to redeem. The value of your Stamping Bucks must only cover the cost of the product before shipping and taxes are applied. I pay the shipping and taxes for you!

NOTE: If the sum of your Stamping Bucks exceeds the rewards amount then I will send you the difference in the form of a new Stamping Buck to your Shipping Address. If you would like the Bucks sent to a different address then you should tell me in the Comments section of the form.
