Beverly Farmers' Market Farm, Food, and Maker Vendor Application 2024
The Beverly Farmers’ Market welcomes returning and new applicants to our 16th season.  17 weeks of the best local food, goods, and community start on opening day, Monday, June 10, 2024.  Closing day is October 7, 2024.  We are a Monday market, located in Beverly, Massachusetts.

We are currently accepting applications from farmers and non-farmers selling packaged or prepared food or food-related items. Non-farmer items may include baked good, bath & body products, niche food products or crafts that are made locally and with locally sourced agricultural ingredients or food related components.

Please note that the Beverly Farmers’ Market is open and accessible to all without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, homelessness, age and/or, disability, and any other class or characteristic protected by law.  The market is a project by the Beverly Local Food Collaborative.

Vendor Fee Details

Application Fee    $15 Non-refundable, due at time of application

Part Time Vendor    $20 per week for 8 weeks ($160 due upon receipt of invoice)

Full Time Vendor    $20 per week for 17 weeks ($340 due upon receipt of invoice)


Important Dates

March 6th    Application deadline for returning vendors and priority consideration

March 13th    Acceptance emails sent to returning vendors and priority applications (1st round)

March 20th    Application deadline for 2nd round acceptance; applications received after this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

April 3rd    Acceptance emails sent to all remaining vendors (2nd round)

April 13th    Signed commitment letters, supporting documents including Health Dept. permit, and vendor deposit due for all vendors

June 20th    Final deposit for vendor fee due
