Please complete this form by 24 November to reserve your place[s]. Based on your responses to accommodation & travel questions, these aspects will be investigated. Once you've received confirmation that the trip will go ahead & you have a provisional place on it you will need to secure it by paying 50% of the kayaking cost by 9/12 as a non-refundable deposit. The Club will collect deposits & pay the supplier's invoice.
