This registration is for all adults (Head Advisors, Advisors, Board Members, Program Volunteers, College Staff,  and Guests) for the Illinois YMCA Youth and Government Program and for our Springfield Assembly.

Annual General Assembly

Thank you for your interest and/or being involved with our program! Please complete the following contact information. To complete your registration, Head Advisors, Program Volunteers, and Board Members, please be sure to sign Form A-2, Adult Code of Conduct, Photo Release and Waiver. College Staff, please sign Form 1-7, College Staff Code of Conduct. If you are an advisor working with a specific delegation, please give to your Head Advisor to submit to the Youth and Government office. If you are not associated with a delegation, please either scan and email, fax, or mail your A-2 or A-7 form to the Youth and Government office, 1315 Butterfield Road, Suite 218, Downers Grove, IL 60515; email is julie@ilymcayg.org and fax number is 630.833.0022.

We ask all participants not in high school and 18 years old and over to submit a background check application. The office will send out a link to complete the application online in January or early February.
