If you are a BCEdAccess Facebook community member, there is also an available discounted ticket category called BCPF/BCEdAccess FB member
You can become a member if you are a parent or guardian of a disabled student in BC.
We do not profit from this event. BCEdAccess is entirely volunteer run and we rely on both sponsors/funders and ticket sales to cover the costs of things like the location, food, ASL interpreters, and more.
If you are able to find other sources to fund your attendance, we appreciate it. Some options include:
Autism Funding Unit
Variety Children's Charity
Kiwanis Children's Fund
Your professional organization
Ask an organization that you are connected with, or who supports you, if they will help pay for your ticket - many will support community members to seek education so it's a good option!
This financial aid form is for people who have financial hardship and/or lack of organizational/institutional support. We want to make sessions accessible regardless of financial status. Information submitted will not be shared in any way for any reason except with the committee managing Financial Aid for this event.
We will send the result of your application, and instructions on how to redeem your discount, if applicable, to the email address you provide
