As SNHSA riders, parents or trainers, your input is very important to us. While SNHSA does not host all of the local horse shows, we have an interest in any issues with SNHSA sanctioned shows or concerns of our members. Feedback will be shared with SNHSA Board members and show managers to assist in future event planning, but we have no control over individual show management implementing any changes. All feedback is requested whether positive or negative, but any mean or unpleasant comments will not be considered or passed on.

We request a real name and a valid email address on the survey, but your name will not be shared with show managers or Board members if you check the appropriate box for anonymity. (The SNHSA secretary is the only person who will have the contact information.)
