Delegate Change Policy

I understand that I must directly notify the Director of Delegate Affairs, Victoria Schmidt (ncscreg@modelun.org) if the number of delegates I am bringing to NCSC 52 changes for any reason. I understand that the change is not finalized until I receive a confirmation email.
Hotel Policy *
NCSC 52 will be held at the Washington Hilton and have rooms already reserved for delegations. The Director of Delegate Affairs, Victoria Schmidt, will be sending an email with directions on booking your hotel rooms after you register. If you do not register to stay at the Washington Hilton, you will be charged an additional fee of $150 per night. You can learn more about this policy at https://ncsc.modelun.org/registration.
