This is an open form for ideas, suggestions, questions, and other feedback regarding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice in the Loyola Theatre Program. The suggestions submitted via this form will be received by the current coordinator of the Loyola Theatre DEI Committee. You have the option of remaining completely anonymous or giving us your email at the bottom of the form so that you can be contacted about your ideas or questions. Depending on the nature of the suggestions or questions submitted, the content received through this form will be discussed by the Theatre DEI Committee, the DFPA DEI Task Force, the Theatre Standards and Practices Committee, the Mainstage Selection Committee, AND/OR the theatre faculty and staff.

Please note that this form is NOT for reporting specific incidents or specific situations with specific people, etc. Those kinds of official reports are very important as well, however, and can be made via the processes that are run by the Loyola University Chicago Office for Equity and Compliance (OEC) here https://www.luc.edu/equity/.

This form is to make SUGGESTIONS or ask QUESTIONS about more general policies or practices that the Loyola Theatre program might be able to adopt to make the program more reflective of the values of justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. While we are unable to guarantee that all suggestions made via this form will be able to be implemented, what we can guarantee is that the suggestions provided here will be actively and sincerely explored in terms of whether or not they are possible to implement.
