RISING LEADERS Application Form
Thank you for your interest in the upcoming RISING LEADERS program, due to begin in early 2023. Only 8-10 transitioning Product Leaders will be accepted into the program, so please be as detailed in your answers as possible. Those who are not chosen for the initial program will be considered for future cohorts.

This program incorporates 6-months of small group coaching from one of today's top executive coaches to Product Leaders, Ken Norton. Before applying -- you may first want to read this to better understand what coaching is (and isn't) in order to understand whether this program is for you.

What are the commitments I must honor to participate in Rising Leaders?
  • Attend at least 10 of the 12 virtual group sessions. Be fully present, keep your camera on, arrive on time, and not depart early.
  • Complete all fieldwork, journaling, or reading assignments between sessions (up to an additional 2-3 hours a month).
  • Uphold and honor the confidentiality of the group coaching space, your coach, and your peers.
  • Bring your whole self and be open, vulnerable, and honest with your coach and your peers.
  • Take full responsibility for your experience and your circumstances.
  • Approach the experience with curiosity and openness to learning.
  • Listen and understand without judgment and from a place of compassion and acceptance.
  • Endeavor to move away from problem-solving and seek to understand context over content.
