T3+ Nutrition (Add-On)
Thank you for your interest in the nutrition add-on component for the T3+ program!

T3+ supports a macro-based nutrition approach.  Macro-based nutrition involves tracking macronutrients (protein, carbs, & fat) to achieve body recomposition goals.  Through training via the T3+ program and implementing properly balanced macros into your plan, you can produce a jaw-dropping physique transformation IF you adhere consistently to the plan.

We HIGHLY recommend for you to take this step to incorporate macro-based nutrition as part of your T3+ journey.  Properly balanced macros for YOU and YOUR GOALS will help to support proper fuel for performance and it will help to contribute to adequate repair and recovery as you move through the training program.  

Completing the training program alone will help you feel and look great but adding on the nutrition component will elevate your physique transformation tremendously!

If you are interested in adding on the nutrition component of the program and having your custom macros provided, please fill out and submit this form and send $32.10 ($30 + tax) via the payment options below. MACROS WILL NOT BE CALCULATED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Once your form and payment been submitted, you can expect to receive your custom macros within 48 hours.  They will be inside of an assigned Google spreadsheet and the link to that sheet will be sent via email.  Please make sure to provide an email address that you have regular access to.
