Thank you for your request to have Dr. Edmonds participate at your event. He appreciates your consideration. Because of Dr. Edmonds commitment to his family and his full-time ministry to Grace Community Seventh-day Adventist Church, we are able to accept very few engagements. However, we do consider every invitation, and we will do our best to respond promptly.

Due to the demands of Dr. Edmonds ministry and schedule, it could take a week for us to respond to your request. However, we’ll do everything we can to expedite an answer.

A team helps sort the requests and provides the Dr. Edmonds with possible events. The more specific and complete you can be on this request form, the quicker we will be able to get you a response.

One of the frequently asked questions is, “How will Dr. Edmonds and the team consider our request?”  Below are the questions that will be considered by his team:

 – AVAILABILITY: Are the dates currently open?

 – FAMILY: Does the request conflict with family events?
Dr. Edmonds first ministry is to his family and loves being with his wife and children. He is committed to spending both quality and quantity time with them. We look at how many nights he is already away from home during the requested month to see if it exceeds what is healthy for his family life.

 – AUDIENCE: What is the purpose of the event? What is the composition of the audience?
We want to know if this is an event where  Dr. Edmonds can make his unique contribution based on his experience, gifts, skills and passion.

 – HONORARIUM: Will Dr. Edmonds be compensated for his time away from his family and church?

$200 every 30 minutes

HONORARIUM FOR CHURCHES
One Service Sermon $1000.00
Two Service Sermons $1500.00
Weekend, Extended Weekends and Revivals $500 per sermon
Seminars/Trainings/Workshops $700 per hour

HONORARIUM FOR NON-CHURCH ORGANIZATIONS
$1500.00 per talk/speech/message

BOOK SALES 40 Days to Life Changing Family Worship
Dr. Edmonds book 40 Days to Life Changing Family Worship reinforces the concepts he will be presenting to your group. Because attendees often want to learn more or reinforce what they have just learned, you may wish to purchase copies for all attendees to be presented on site (volume discounts available), or allow copies and support materials to be sold after the presentation.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Includes expenses to and from engagement location (luggage, per diem, plane seats, flight, car rental etc)

Plane -Flights will come out of Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Dr. Edmonds will be flown to the destination of the engagement if the drive is more than 3 hours. A maximum of one layover per trip but no layovers as far as possible.

Family - If Dr. Edmonds is flying an additional ticket will be purchased by the inviter for one other family member or support person

Car - If driving, a rental car (mid size or better) will be obtained for Pastor Edmonds or if Dr. Edmonds opts to drive his car he will be paid mileage based on $.45 a mile.

Per Diem - $75 per day or $45 per day if accompanied by one other family member.

Lodging - Inviter will accommodate Pastor Edmonds at a hotel for overnight stay. Please reserve a king-sized (if traveling alone), non-smoking room, with late check-out approved, and late arrival guaranteed. Pastor Edmonds will check in the evening before the event.


Dr. Edmonds’ final decision is not based on finances. If you can’t afford this amount, please indicate what your budget allows.We realize that these requirements may not match up with the resources that you have available or the nature of event. Thanks for your understanding.
