TFFL Fall 2020 - Practice Opt-Out
The new COVID-19 restrictions in Toronto will not allow us to continue the league with our normal game schedule. We will be transitioning to practice/skill based sessions for October 18, October 25, November 1.

Complete this form if you will NO LONGER be participating in the league.

We will apply a pro-rated credit to your account to be used for any future season or program. The credit will be applied once the season is over. You will continue to receive all emails until the end of the season.
