Alcott Integrated Pre-School Program Lottery Application 2022-2023
This application form is to submit your child's name for the Alcott Elementary School Pre-School Lottery Program for the 2022-2023 school year as a peer role model.  Completion of this form DOES NOT guarantee your child a spot in the Pre-School Program.

The Lottery Application Process will close on March 11, 2022. The lottery selection will be completed after that and you will be notified by the Department of Student Services if your child is selected.

Residency Requirements must be met in order to be enrolled in the Pre-School Program.
