invite to the Online scientific seminar: „ Methodology of integral assessment
of the potential for reducing greenhouse gas emissions”.
The aim of the scientific seminar is to present and
consult with stakeholders on the creation of a methodology for the integral
assessment of the potential for reducing greenhouse gas emissions based on the
calculation of composite indices of local potentials, using the methodology of
factor and cluster analyses, quaternion algebra. That is, the potential of
economic, environmental, and infrastructural measures for a directional impact
on the key factors of emissions production.
