Committee Chairs will be responsible for:
* Working with PTO President to set budget, goals, dates and basic details of your committee
*Meeting regularly with Committee members to plan, organize, and carry out events
*Delegating tasks to Committee members and following through to make sure things are accomplished

Book Fair:  Coordinate with Scholastic to make sure dates are set.  Work with librarian to organize, plan and carry out 2 book fairs   Dates: September 20th-24th, February 28th- March 4th.

Passive Fundraisers: Plan, organize and carry out fundraisers throughout the year including;  Box Tops, Amazon Smile, school sponsorships, and any other passive fundraisers you come up with as a committee.

Teacher Appreciation: Help plan and serve meals during Fall and Spring Conferences.  Help during teacher appreciation week.  Dates: September 22nd &23rd, March 2nd & 3rd, and May 2nd-6th.

Mini Fundraisers: Plan several smaller fundraisers throughout the year. These would include Penny wars, Sucker pulls, Fun Friday and Valentine Grams.

Field Day: Plan, organize and carry out Field Day the last week of school.

Holiday Shoppe: Plan, organize and promote a Holiday Shoppe at the school in December.

STEM Festival: Help plan, set up and run the event. Gather and organize volunteers.

Middle School Dances:  Work with Student Council to plan, and organize volunteers for Dances and Middle school activities throughout the year.
