All order requests must be received by completing the information below no later than 12:00 pm the Wednesday before the Friday pick up date.  You only need to register once.  The meal bags will consist of 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches and are free to all Buckeye students.  Each bag will consist of microwave meals, sandwiches, breakfast items and fresh fruit/vegetables.   If you wish to have your name removed from the pick up list, please call

Pick up location is the driveway behind the elementary building.  
Pick up times are scheduled between the hours of 11am-1:00 pm or 4pm-6pm.
