Joyful Spring Camp Application Form
Thank you for your interest in Joyful Spring Camp. You can apply for one day or for the whole week. The application is open until all spots filled. Thank you! 

Max number students will be 20 children with two instructors (including myself). We may have volunteers depending on the number of students. We will split groups based on their age and abacus level. Please let me know if you have any questions or requests. 

The camp will be held at 11251 120th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA inside La Luna Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.
