Participants may enjoy sharing their experiences of their professional quality of life and how it has been sustained and supported through a global pandemic of COVID 19. Additionally, it is anticipated this study will identify characteristics of APRN’s who might be at particular risk for compassion fatigue, stress, and burnout, and to identify supportive mechanisms that can be provided.
