Helmet Distribution Day: July 12 & 14, 2022 (6p-8p)
1st Regular Season Game: August 27, 2022
Playoffs Begin: November

Practice: Tues, Wed, Thurs ~ 5:30p to 7:30p @ Milpitas Sports Complex Football Field
**First month of practice is every weekday, M-F until school begins in mid August**
All players must complete a designated amount of hours before participation in full contact football practice is allowed.

After submitting this Registration Form and Deposit Payment your participant must:

Weight Check-In
An official weight check is needed to be placed in the correct division roster spot.  Division levels are based on age and weight schematics.  Please come to the Milpitas Sports Comples for a weight check-in on any Tuesday between April 12-May 31 5:00p-7:30p.

Medical Physical Form Document
All participants must have a certified Medical Sports Physical completed before helmet distribution day (July 12).  You will need to submit official proof of a Medical Sports Physical signed by a certified medical professional and it must be dated after 01/01/2022.  *Many local walk-in clinics provide Sports Physicals.
