General Member: a Spouse or surviving Spouse of a Member of the Armed Forces on active duty or -retired; a Spouse or surviving Spouse of DoD Civilians; an active duty Service Member or DoD Civilian of the Marne Community. Active members shall become members upon payment of annual dues of $15 or $25 and shall have all rights and privileges of the organization, including voting, holding office, and/or appointed positions, and participate in all the MCSC sponsored activities.

General Member, E1-E4: $15

General Member, all others: $25

Associate Member - a person who does not qualify for active membership, as stated above, but who are associated with the Marne Community. Associate members shall become members upon membership approval by the MCSC Executive Board and payment of annual dues of $25. They may participate in all MCSC sponsored activities. However, they may not vote or hold elected or appointed office.

Membership Authorization

Membership in the MCSC is non-transferable and non-assignable, and dues are non-refundable. As a Member of the MCSC, I understand that by signing this form, upon dissolution of the MCSC, if assets of this club are insufficient to discharge all debts and liabilities, all members shall be personally held liable.
