If there is something you would like your child to address (i.e. milestones, loud/soft voices, etc) during music classes please let us know! Since we’re music therapists, we are able to include and target a wide variety of goals.

Instructions for Class Attendance and COVID Regulations:
1.We are following the local COVID Guidelines set by our district. We ask all parents to wear a mask at our classes or show proof of vaccination and booster. No more than 8 families will be present per class.  

2. Music Series cost is $120.00, which includes enrollment for 1 child and 1 parent. Families will be asked to submit electronic or mailed payment by June 28th. Payment not received by this date will result in disenrollment from class. Families will be emailed ways to pay upon submission of this registration form. Families that enroll after the start date will receive a pro-rated rate.

3. Once you have submitted your registration form we will email you to verify that you are enrolled and ready for class!
