College Houses' policy allows late move-outs until 2 days before the next contract period. This form is to request a late move-out. The latest we will consider requests is one week before your contractual move-out date. Although, the earlier you submit your request, the more time we have to accommodate the request.  Submitting this form, or verbal agreements with house officers, does not constitute as permission you can move-out late. Our approval is dependent upon availability and logistics.
