The purpose of this form is to allow you to signup to be a member of the Erasmus Debating Society. In the form, we will ask you to provide us with personal information (IBAN, address, nationality study, etc...)

The data will be only seen by the members of the board (Secretary and Treasurer). We may share the membership list with relevant third parties (Erasmus University in order to get funding, Dutch Debating Board and similar) If we share the membership list, only the relevant data will be shared. This will include name, student number, city where you live.

Once you unsubscribe as a member, your personal data will be deleted. We will keep your e-mail on file in case of a need for any emergency communication.
