Kaikissa Vihreiden nuorten tapahtumissa noudatetaan turvallisemman tilan periaatteita. Meille turvallisempi tila tarkoittaa sitä, että jokaisella on vapaus olla sellainen kuin on, ilman pilkkaa, syrjintää tai häirintää. Ei siis tehdä oletuksia henkilöistä (sukupuoleen, seksuaalisuuteen tai esim. terveyteen liittyen), ei nolata ketään, ei kosketa muihin ilman lupaa, kunnioitetaan toisia ja käsitellään muun muassa arkoja aiheita kunnioittavasti. Turvallisemmassa tilassa ei arvostella muita.

Vihreiden nuorten toiminta ja tapahtumat ovat ehdottomasti häirinnästä ja syrjinnästä vapaata aluetta. Kaikki toimintaan osallistuvat sitoutuvat tähän. Jos koet tai huomaat toiminnassa häiritsevää tai syrjivää käytöstä, voit ilmoittaa siitä tällä lomakkeella.

Kerro millaista syrjintää tai häirintää koit tai huomasit Vihreiden nuorten tapahtumassa. Voit myös antaa muuta palautetta Vihreiden nuorten tapahtumien ja toiminnan yhdenvertaisuustilanteesta tai parannusehdotuksia yhdenvertaisuutta koskien.

The principles of a safer space are followed in all the activities of The Green Youth and Students. For us, a safer space means that everyone has the freedom to be who they are, without ridicule, discrimination, or harassment. This means not making assumptions about people (related to gender, sexuality, or health, for example), not embarrassing anyone, not touching others without permission, respecting others, and treating sensitive topics with respect, among other things. In a safer space, you don’t judge others.

The Green Youth and Students ́ events, occasions and discussion groups are without exception an area free of harassment and discrimination. All those participating in the activities of the Green Youth and Students commit themselves to this. If you experience or notice harassing or discriminatory behavior at an event, report it to the event’s, occasion ́s or group’s own harassment contact persons.
